The long dark days of winter can lead to stagnation, fatigue and a sluggish immune system. Our Winter Yin practice will focus on the element of winter water. We will stimulate the kidney and bladder meridians to increase the flow of chi and energy. We also will be adding in Thai massage to help you further lease and relax during this amazing practice.
